Poor design on an HDD project doesn't show up until you're drilling. By then a frac-out, a stuck rod string, or a failed pull is already costing someone money. We've seen enough of those situations to know exactly what to look for - and we review every design we're given with that level of scrutiny.

What We Review

PROFILE & ALIGNMENT REVIEW

We assess bore profiles and alignment drawings for constructability, curvature limits, clash detection, and compliance with project specifications - before they become problems on site.

HYDROFRACTURE & RISK ANALYSIS REVIEW

We review hydrofracture analyses, settlement assessments, and vibration studies to verify that the methodology and assumptions are appropriate for the actual ground conditions and bore geometry.

DRILLING FLUID MANAGEMENT PLAN REVIEW

We assess fluid management plans for technical adequacy, environmental compliance, and practical workability in the field - not just document compliance.

CONSTRUCTION METHODOLOGY REVIEW

We review contractor-submitted construction methodologies to verify that the proposed approach is safe, practical, and consistent with the design intent and project specifications.

IFC DOCUMENT REVIEW

We carry out detailed review of Issued for Construction documentation packages to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and compliance issues before works commence.
