Certified Biosecurity Weed & Seed Cleaning Services

Keeping your project compliant and your environment protected - with purpose-built wash-down equipment and experienced crews.

Many projects rely on fixed wash-down stations with limited capacity, leading to bottlenecks and delays. We developed a mobile solution that moves between work areas or sets up temporary cleaning stations closer to operations - improving flexibility and reducing downtime. Our systems use industrial-grade, high-capacity equipment that delivers rapid, thorough cleaning wherever it's needed. This ensures minimal interruption to work schedules while consistently upholding stringent biosecurity standards - and it's a capability that conventional solutions simply can't match.

Our Equipment

SKID-MOUNTED WASHDOWN UNITS

Our washdown systems are custom-built on modular skids for quick set-up and removal. Each skid is transported by 4x4 crane truck, giving us versatile, self-contained capability across varied terrain - including remote locations with no fixed infrastructure.

HIGH-PRESSURE WASH SYSTEM

We run mine-spec pressure washers delivering 4,000 PSI, driven by Yanmar diesel engines with slow-speed gearbox drives for extended reliability in continuous use. Professional-grade hose and accessories for maximum cleaning efficiency and operator safety.

WATER DELIVERY & DUST SUPPRESSION TANKS

4,000-litre slip-on water tanks fitted with diesel engine drives, high-flow fire pumps, and pressure regulation. Built from Australian Standard food-grade poly with galvanised frames - supporting washdown, dust suppression, fire suppression, and general site water delivery. Fitted with remote start for improved efficiency and safety.

COMPRESSED AIR SUPPORT

On-skid compressors with retractable hose reels deliver up to 425 litres per minute of compressed air - capable of powering dual air-cleaning tools for track cleaning and blow-outs.

Our Approach

We are currently working with Tier One gas pipeline asset owners providing this service across South Australia, New South Wales, and Queensland. We know what the environmental managers are checking because we've stood alongside them on site - and we've built our equipment and process around passing the physical inspection, not just ticking a form.
